9-10am via Zoom

9.30am-10.30am The Cotswold Hall, Northleach

Please call me to access the Zoom classes - the subscription prices vary depending on how frequently you want to do the classes. For the live classes, rates vary depending on if you want to pay as you go or book a block of classes.

Private classes for individuals, small groups and corporates can be arranged as well as Family yoga classes and After school clubs.

I teach Restorative Yoga Nidra sessions throughout the seasons so please contact me if you would like to join in with these sessions which are held at the Cotswold Hall, Northleach. I can then add you to my list so you will be the first to know.
